    Exchanges / Returns:

    Send our Customer Service team an email at admin@aspenhandcrafted.com and we'll help get the process started. If you're experiencing an issue with any of our candles, please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best assit you.

     

    The exchange/return process must be started within 30 days of the original date of delivery and requires proof of purchase (your Aspen Handcrafted order number, order confirmation e-mail, store receipt, etc.). 

     

    Refunds: 

    Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.

    Processing:

    All orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days. You will receive your shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as a label is created for your order. The tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24 hours to update once scanned in by our carrier.


    Domestic Shipping:

    We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous U.S. and $0 shipping on all orders over $48.

  • CANDLE CARE SAFETY & TIPS

    Candle Care Tips
    It’s important to trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting. A scissors works great. This will ensure your candle burns cleaner, longer, and safer.

     

    When lighting your candle, be sure to allow a consistent burn for 1-3 hours or until you achieve a melt pool (liquefied wax on the top layer of a burning candle) from each side of the container. This prevents your candle from tunneling.

     

    Safety

    • Burn within sight.
    • Keep away from flammable objects.
    • Keep away from children and pets.
    • Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting.
    • Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
    • Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface.
    • Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
    • Stop using when only 1/4" of wax remains.
