HOW TO ORDER:

2. Choose a design (choose from "First Name 1 and First Name 2" or "Mr. & Mrs. Last Name").
3. Choose a color.
4. Enter the name(s) and date.
5. Then enter the scent(s) you would like in the personalization text box.
6. A proof will be sent to you for approval. We allow 48 hours for approval or design change requests before we put the labels into final production at which time they cannot be changed.

Japanese Cherry Blossom: Blooming cherry blossoms are infused with magnolia and rose, while subtle hints of cherry, tonka bean, and sandalwood add depth to this ozonic and airy fragrance.
 
Magnolia and Peony: Captures spring at the peak of its blossoming glory with its marriage of magnolia, peony, and freesia. Base notes of powder and wood wrap up this complex bouquet with a clean, graceful finish.
 
Orange Blossom: Top notes of petitgrain and bergamot, middle accords of neroli and jasmine, and a light sandalwood base. This fragrance is infused with natural essential oils, including bergamot and eucalyptus.
 
Rose Petal Gelato: A top note of effervescent champagne brightens up the heart of heady jasmine and rose. Base notes of cream and sugar enhance the luscious confectionary aspect of this scent, while benzoin and light musk add complexity that elevates the fragrance beyond a sweet dessert.
 
Lemon Verbena: Bright citrus oils of lemon and orange enhance the refreshing scent of natural lemongrass.
 
Vanilla Bean: Classic fragrance for any time of year and creates a calm and comforting atmosphere with its warm, sweet scent.

    Exchanges / Returns:

    Send our Customer Service team an email at admin@aspenhandcrafted.com and we'll help get the process started. If you're experiencing an issue with any of our candles, please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best assit you.

     

    Refunds: 

    We will gladly provide a refund within 24 hours of your purchase.  We don't accept any returns or exchanges.

  • PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFO

    Processing:

    You will receive a design proof within 48 hours by email. Please watch for this and check your junk folder as well. Approve your proof or make small changes (names, colors, font size, etc.). A proof will be sent to you for approval. We allow 48 hours for approval or design change requests before we put the labels into final production at which time they cannot be changed.

     

    Your order will ship within 5-7 business days of the approval date. You can arrange to have your order shipped closer to your event date if you prefer. You will receive your shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as a label is created for your order. The tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24 hours to update once scanned in by our carrier.


    Domestic Shipping:

    We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous U.S. and $0 shipping on all orders over $48.

  • CANDLE CARE SAFETY & TIPS

    Candle Care Tips
    It’s important to trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting. A scissors works great. This will ensure your candle burns cleaner, longer, and safer.

     

    When lighting your candle, be sure to allow a consistent burn for 1-3 hours or until you achieve a melt pool (liquefied wax on the top layer of a burning candle) from each side of the container. This prevents your candle from tunneling.

     

    Safety

    • Burn within sight.
    • Keep away from flammable objects.
    • Keep away from children and pets.
    • Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting.
    • Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
    • Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface.
    • Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
    • Stop using when only 1/4" of wax remains.

    2. Can I change the text on the label?  Yes, everything can be customized for you. Please list in detail what you would like changed in the personalization text box.
    3. Is the name of the scent on the candle?  Yes, the name of the scent is listed on the bottom of each candle within the warning label.
    4. How long does it take to receive my order?  It’s estimated to arrive within 8-10 business days once the order has shipped.
